BroHead Fred is our Belgian Quad, brewed in remembrance of Doug's younger brother, Alex, who tragically passed away after a battle with colon cancer. Our award winning BroHead is brewed once a year following tedious traditional Trappist Monk practices.

Much like its cousin Lustful Maiden, our Quad is a rich mahogany in color. Notes of caramel and black strap molasses up front pair with malty sweet flavors, and a smooth fig finish. It’s high in ABV, so tread lightly! But come enjoy an award winning recipe today!
