Horchata is a Dark Mexican Lager we brewed to emulate horchata de arroz, a Mexican rice and milk beverage made with cinnamon and vanilla. We started with an amber lager, amped up the body and sweetness with milk sugar, and then aged it on Tahitian vanilla beans and Ceylon cinnamon sticks staying true to the sweet creamy flavors we know and love!
